Book 1 : The Physics and Biochemistry of Life

Life is defined as an aggregating (ie. negative entropic) force. It is responsible for leptogenesis, baryogenesis, biochemistry, and consciousness. It explains the synthesis of atoms larger than iron as well as complex matter that is able to replicate and self assemble . This definition includes new physics related to the storage and control of entropy, information transformation in crystal zones, and other themes related to life's ability to sense, react, and transform energy. It is a definition that is compatible with the idea of a spirit .

A working model of life's origin and evolution.

I. Creation of Primordial Hydrogen and synthesisof higher atomic elements.

II. Formation of Polymerized Hydrogen and Carbon in super strong magnetic fields.

III. Polymerized hydrogen, Carbon Buckyballs, and Metal Ions are transformed by cosmic rays. Tholins, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, Graphenes, and Complex Organic Molecules Evolve. Pyrophosphite is the early bioenergetic molecule that helped organize Protocells.

IV. ProtoCells Evolve . Information and Energy transformed from Pyrophosphites to Polyphosphates, Polysaccharides, PolySulfides, Fatty Acids, Polyketides, Polycarboxyanions, Polyalkanates, and Polypeptides.

V. Translation of Polyketide infomation to Pre-tRNAs that bind amino acids and synthesize polypetides in Coacervates . These precells contain amyloid-nucleic acid fibrils and are enclosed by lipid vesicles.

VI Evolution of mRNA based Precells (proteinoids, chronocytes, and viruses). Conversion of pre-tRNAs into modern tRNA and development of the ribosome.

VII Evolution of Poly DNA based Eocytes from RNA based Chronocytes.

VIII Evolution of Eocytes and Viruses. Eocytes evolved into Archaea on a hot protoEarth while Precells may have been present on Theia . Worlds combined at the time of the Great Impact 4.5 Gya. The Late Heavy bombardments delivered Eocytes, Precells and extinctions 3.8-3.95 Gya.

IX Eukaryotes evolved from Archea-Eubacterial symbioses, infectious speciation and natural selection.

Book 2 : Cosmic Events Relevant to Life on Earth

Chapter 1. Our Milky Way Galaxy.

Born 12.3 billion years ago from the merger of Dwarf Galaxies. These mergers have impacted the evolution of life by transfering cosmic life giving particles, effecting star formation, and creating episodes of galactic jets and bubbles.

Chapter 2. Our Solar System

Born in a Star Burst Cluster within a Molecular Nebula 4.58 Gya. Source matter contained Giant Molecular Hydrogen Clouds, Planetary Nebulae, Supernova Remnants, Pulsar Jets, Cosmic Rays, Gamma Ray Bursts, and Cosmic Life Giving Forms.

Chapter 3. Comets and Minor planets

Formed in variable temperature, radiation, and pressure zones. Hydrophobic and Hydrophilic Worlds separate biomolecules. Lipid worlds formed in cold atmospheres of Gas-Liquid-Solid zones (ie Titan) and Water Worlds (ie. proto Earth) formed in warm areas within the Solar System's Snow Line. Hadean Earth provided periodic environments with gas, liquid, and solid gradients.

I Hydrogen Sulfide and Carbon Monoxide- Evolution of Anoxic Worlds

II Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen - Carbon and Nitrogen Fixation/Degradation Periods possibly preceeded by astrophysically produced Cyanogen Chemistry.

III Phosphite - Pyrophosphite - Pyrophosphates and Metal Ions Zinc, Copper, Vanadium and Iron-

Evolution of Nucleotide Information Based Life and Phosphorus electron transfer based bio-energy systems.

IV Magnesium (2.7 Ga) - Evolution of Oxygenic Photosynthesis

V Iron Oxide - Prominent during the Iron Banding Period associated with Hydrogen Sulfide based life

VI Oxygen -- Prominent during the Great Oxidation Event 2.4 Ga

VIII Uranium.- Current world focused on Uranium based nuclear energy.

Life transferred between these zones and subzone periods as Carbon based Crystals, Polymolecules , RNA based Chronocytes, DNA based Eocytes, Cells, and Modern Humans. Cyclical periods within these zones drove morphological evolution.

Nucleosides formed from Hydrogen Cyanide in a Nitrogen World. Carbohyrdrates formed in a Boron World. Nitrogen Worlds formed and contained Lipids, Chlorophyll, and Heme. Whereas, Carboxylic Acids formed in Water Worlds. Collisions of these Worlds helped create life as we know it today.

Chapter 4. The Earth and Moon

Proto Earth Accreted in Stages. Core , Mantle, and Crust Forming stages occured over a 30 million year period. Ordinary Chondrites suspected as the initial starting material that condensed from the early solar nebula.

Moon Created by Great Impact Events 4.55 ,4.5, and 3.9 Billion years Ago. Late Heavy Bombardments 3.80 Billion Years ago and subsequent impacts delivered lipids, sugars, water, volatiles, precious metals, and mobile genetic elements.

Interplay between the Mineral , Liquid, Atmospheric and Biospheric evolution on Earth that can be seen in the Birth and Death of Genes responsible for cellular life.

Book 3: Mechanistic Hierarchical Evolution

Chapter 1. Evolution of chiral asymmetry in biomolecules, genetic code for protein production, transposon code for adaptive evolutionary changes, and promotor codes for controlling gene expression.

Chapter 2. Genetic Variation and natural selection involving random mutation, adaptive mutation, and symbiogenesis. Highlighting ecosystemic, solar, galactic and extra- galactic factors.

Chapter 3 . Infectious speciation via mobile genetic elements , prokaryotic cells and eukaryotic encapsulations .
