STEP 1. Register as a new or transfer patient and receive a therapeutic aide.

Register here to obtain telemedical (webchat, telephone and video based) treatment for opiate use disorder (ICD10 Code = F11.0).  Get referrals for high blood pressure, nausea, diarrhea, abscesses, cellulitis, hepatitis C, and HIV.

STEP 2.  Complete questionnaires and show evidence of illicit opiate use.

STEP 3.  Video conference with the addiction medicine specialist. ($100/ new encounter) and $70/monthly drug use assessment and prescription order.

STEP 4.  Obtain medication from your local pharmacy, home delivery, or by visiting the closest methadone dispensing facility. ( You will be able to use a prescribed therapeutic aide to help monitor your adherence, therapeutic levels, vital signs, and relapses in order to improve the probability of your retention in the recovery success )

STEP 5.  Follow up with your assigned counselor and doctors as outlined in your Treatment Plan.   If appropriate, you will be prescribed the Q2i, reSET™, reSET-O™, or the MODIA™ app to provide financial rewards +  lessons that help you succeed.
