I hypothesize that hemolithins self aggregated into vesicles to form the first Precells with bipolar peptide based monolayer membranes. These vesicles were able to grow , divide, and harbor variations in metabolic networks.

Other Glycine/Hydroxyglycine Peptides, Graphene , Buckyballs,  and metalo-corrin like complexes provided enzymatic surfaces which spurred metabolic network development inside early precells .

Molecular Clouds in interstellar Space may have been the location of early mixing of these agents to create higher order Replicons and Metabolic Networks.

Vitamin/FeMo/FeS/FeO  Cofactors bound to Ur peptides during the early stages of precell formation.

Aminolevulinic Acid (from glutamate, glut-tRNA, GtrR and NADPH followed by GsaM + Vitamin B6) created Corrin like molecules that complexed with with Iron forming heme, Magnesium forming chlorophyll, Cobalt froming Vitamin B12, and Nickel forming Cofactor F430. These types of Metalo-Organic agents lead to enhanced metabolic functions and promoted Organic Molecule diversification. They also supported metabolic energy conversion (from oxidation-reduction reactions and free radicals).

I hypothesize that Beta electrons from radioactivity or perovskite crystals stimulated with  gamma rays, xrays, ultraviolet light, and visible light. was also utilized by the energy systems of the early precells.

Mixtures of Amino Acids, Carbohydrates, Lipids, Solutes, Nucleic Acids, and Cofactors evolved into  Metabolic Networks consisting of  GADV-Proteins, PAHs  , Peptide-RNA polymers , or RNA only networks .

Precells evolved within  Montmorillonite Clay, Iron-Sulfur,  and /or Zinc precipitated environments on hydrothermal vents (on proto-earth , planetismals, or inside  cosmic spherules ) .

It is  unknown if the PreCells evolved from a  metabolism first , replicon first and/or hybrid process . I personally believe the metabolism first model is the most congruent with data showing spontaneous self assembly of TCA/Krebs cycle like reaction networks.
