Proceed with your selected screening test by answering a few questions on known risk factors then submit all information for Dr. Carr’s review. Approved orders for the test or procedure will be executed in the appropriate place ( home, office, lab, or imaging facility). You will also receive an electronic version of your results at your personalized telemedical.com mailing address. Dr Carr can provide a follow up visit with you on any positive results.
