Please allow 48 hours for the processing of your request. You will receive further instruction concerning a location, contact person, telephone number, web address, or email address for the scheduling of any recommended screening studies. The cost for our physician orders are $10.00 per study. Additional charges will be required by the provider of the ordered test(s). All results will be reported in your personal health record system. Any necessary follow-up will be handled by your designated primary care physician or one of our cyberdoctors.
