Cancer Screening Services and Information
The following list links to information on guidelines and services for cancer screening. Screening tests can be performed at your local laboratory, surgical center, or imaging facility after entering the required risk factor information and submitting it for review by our office. Orders for screening tests or procedures will be sent to the nearest facility for execution. Test results will be sent to your primary doctor and the information will be updated in your online personal health record .
