Current biochemical theories for the evolution of Cells and Viruses<\/a> need to be made congruent with the timing of the astrophysical evolution of molecular clouds, proplyds, stars and planets. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Molecular species at different time points can be graphed in a pathway towards the origin of Ancient Viruses and Cells (ie. LUCA). <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons<\/a>, Buckyballs, H2O, H2, Sulfur, H2S, Iron\/Other Metals, CO, NH4, CO2, COS, Amino Acids, Carbohydrates, Lipids, Phosphorus Monoxide<\/a>, polyphosphates, Organic polysulfanes, and <\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\"\"Methylthioacetate<\/a> are the early building blocks that combined with energy from light and radioactivity to emerge into FUCA (First Universal Cellular Ancestor) and Viruses.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Theory 1<\/a> : LUCA was a progenote\/protocell without a complete universal genetic code that generated LACA and LBCA from separate progenote pathways.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Theory 2 : LUCA<\/a> was DNA based and the direct ancestor of LACA and LABA . <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Theory 3<\/a> : LUCA evolved into LABA and then LABA via planctomycetes into LACA.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Four pre-LUCA stages associated with the evolution of the universal genetic code include:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Vesicle stage : Polymerizations + self-assembly of metalpeptides ( ie.Hemolithin <\/a>)  and Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons formed ProCell<\/a>ular Vesicles  during  the protoplanetary stage of life. Protoplanetary objects like Ganymede<\/a>, Enceladus<\/a>, Europa<\/a>, and Ceres<\/a> may contain examples of Procellular Vesicles within Ocean-Mud Worlds. Pre-ribosomal protein synthesis via aminonitrile reactions and cysteine catalyzed peptide ligation<\/a>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

2. Procell to Early Protocell stage: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. Evolution of the proto-tRNA replicators<\/a> within Procells on planetismals rotating in front of the young Sun and creating a heating \/ cooling cycle about every 40 minutes.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

b. Evolution of the Genetic Code, tRNA, mRNA, and the Ribosome. From Hemolithin based Glycine\/Hydoxyglycine to the GCN\/GNC Code , SNS Code, and the Universal Genetic Code<\/a>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

3. Early Protocell stage :Evolution of RNA\/Viroids, RNA viruses, and Protein\/Prion Replicators <\/a>during the  Blok globule-Proplyd Pebble , Herbig-Haro , and Planetary Formation Stages of our Solar System.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

4. Late Protocell\/Progenote Stage : Protocell Consortia transitioned<\/a> into LUCA <\/a> or LBCA + LACA during Planetary Formation and after the Theia + Proto Earth Collision. <\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
