Fat Distribution in Men

Fat distribution in humans varies with age. During infancy and early childhood most of the fat is subcutaneous. As puberty sets in fat begins to develope in the intrabdominal area , inside organs and tissues. From the 20's to the 50's the intrabdominal fat increases along with visceral/organ fat. During the geriatric years the human male develops intramuscular fat.
